Ray is a lock whisperer!! We have had many locksmiths and handyman out to fix these locks over the last 5 years. No one has been able to get them to work properly. I was calling locksmiths to get quotes to replace all the locks on the doors. City Locksmiths was on my list based on the positive reviews I had seen online and Ray was able to come the very next day. Within 5 minutes Ray told me he did not think I needed to replace any of the locks and he felt confident he could get things up and running. I can't lie based on our previous experience I did not feel confident. Ray worked his magic and we now have double doors that work better than they have worked in 10 years! Thank you Ray for your expertise, your knowledge and great stories!! Ray will be my first call when I have locked issues going forward! Highly Recommend!
